At Dango, we’re passionate about building eCommerce solutions that let brands shine and scale effortlessly and when a leading fashion retail group came to us with six websites for three brands across three different countries, we saw the perfect chance to turn their fragmented digital setup into a sleek, unified powerhouse. The problem? We had limited time to get them up and running, as their existing websites were going to be shut off sooner than we'd imagined.

The Challenge: Six Sites, Three Brands, Three Countries, One Vision

The client’s three brands—Jack & Jones, Only, and Name It—operated across six websites: Jack & Jones MX, Jack & Jones UY, Jack & Jones CL, Only UY, Only CL, and Name It UY. These sites were trapped on a rigid, custom eCommerce framework that choked growth, limited branding flexibility, and made scaling across markets a slog. Each site also needed seamless integration with the client’s ERP system to keep operations humming across three countries. The goal? To consolidate all six sites into a single Shopify codebase while keeping each brand’s unique vibe intact.

Our Approach: Strategy, Design, Collaboration

We rolled up our sleeves and worked side-by-side with the client’s tech team, blending our eCommerce expertise with their operational know-how to nail this project. Here’s how we pulled it off:

  • Custom ERP Integration: Together we built tailored integrations to sync each site with the client’s ERP, ensuring inventory, orders, and data flowed smoothly across three Latin American Markets: Mexico, Chile, and Uruguay.
  • App-Powered Flexibility: Tapping into Shopify’s killer app ecosystem, we added tools for analytics, localized marketing, and easy content updates—features their old platform couldn’t dream of supporting.
  • Designs That Pop: Our custom designs focused on intuitive navigation and conversion-driven layouts, with visuals tailored to each brand’s market and personality, from gritty to vibrant, with enough flexibility for their marketing team to have fun while at it.
  • Global Reach, Local Touch: Spanning three countries, we optimized for local currencies, languages, and cultural nuances, delivering a seamless experience that felt personal yet scalable.
